one last thing! Don’t forget to wear red today.. #AHA for women! this is a cause that’s close to my heart! Many don’t know but my mom passed away in 2008, 11 days after having open heart surgery & the only reason we found out something was wrong was because it was part of the testing for being placed on the list to receive a kidney transplant! She was on dialysis when she passed away & that contributed to the complications she had with surgery & she got regular check ups but no one stressed heart health for women back then because it doesn’t happen to women that often or at least that’s what they thought! so support #AHA today & most importantly take care of yourselves!
