Happy June, good people! I was so inspired by a friend of mine that walked 155 miles in the month of May that I decided to make June’s Health challenge about exercise. We all know that the standard is to move for at least 30 minutes a day but what if we committed to walk at least 3 miles (45 min- 1hr) or exercise in any other way for at least 1 hour daily? The benefits would be phenomenal. So who’s with me this month? I know a lot of us are busy but the truth is we make time for the things we want to. I encourage you to make time for this. It’s important to your well being!
