Self love: Never settle for what compromises your peace

(self love :emotional health) never settle for what compromises your peace! taking it a step further… Psalm 34:11-14
Notice the Psalm starts off in vs. 11 by the author of the Psalm saying that he’s about to teach (in the following verses) the way to a prosperous long life! then it goes on to say depart from evil. I like to use the word “negativity” there instead of “evil”, so depart from all negativity ( you’ll find that all evil things are negative as well) & vs 14 says seek peace & pursue it! In other words, search for what brings you peace & do what it takes to maintain it! Peace is vital to our emotional & mental well being. That’s why the devil tries so hard to rob you of peace and keep you distracted because he knows you can’t make sound decisions without peace! Choose to actively seek & maintain peace in your life! The benefits are huge & it will make a difference in your life!
