Continuing my commitment to being healthy by walking at least 75 miles this month, drinking water instead of sodas, eating whole foods and limiting my daily calorie intake to 1500 – 1700 calories( approximately 500 calories each for breakfast, lunch and dinner and two 100 calorie snacks.) I’m down two sizes! Will you join me?
