Taking the limits off God

Genesis 12: 1-3 The Lord said to Abram, Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you. I will make you a great nation & I will bless you. I will make your name great & you’ll be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you & I will curse those who curse you; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you. Hebrews 11:8-10  By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going. By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise. For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God.  I don’t know about you guys but I like being in control & need everything planned out before I make a move but how many of you know doing this puts a limit on God in our lives. Especially if it means we won’t move until we have all our ducks in a row! We need to understand that our finite minds can’t always conceive all of God’s plans for our lives but as we obey like Abraham did, God’s plan unfolds & manifests in our lives. God is ready to do all that He’s spoken in our lives but are we ready to stop limiting Him to what our mind’s eyes can see at the moment? Trust Him today & step out in faith & see what He does! The possibilities are limitless! I like what Hebrews 11:10 says. Abraham was looking for a city whose builder was God. Today, I’m looking for manifestations whose source is God. in 2013, I’m taking the limits off God in my life. If you’re in then say with me “Be it unto me according to your word, O Lord”
